Safeguarding Vulnerable People & Child Protection Policy
The Anlaby Churches recognise and value children, young people and vulnerable adults as equal
partners in the life and ministry of the church, and desires to encourage them to explore, discover
and live out the Christian Gospel. The Parochial Church Councils of the Anlaby Churches takes seriously its obligations and legal responsibilities to protect and safeguard the welfare of
any child, young person or vulnerable adult entrusted to the church's care and adhere to the Church of England procedural framework for safeguarding. For more information about safeguarding in the Diocese of York, please visit the Diocese of York Safeguarding website.
