Steve has been vicar of St Mark's and St Peter's since 2011. Before that he served at St Andrew's Kirk Ella for 4 years, so he's becoming a true Yorkie! He's married to Alice and they have three children. He enjoys walking, cycling, playing squash, watching films, and spending time with his family. He loves living in Anlaby, on the western edge of our great city of Hull.
John was curate at the Anlaby Churches from 2013 and is now our Associate Minister. Before coming up to Anlaby he lived in London for 20 years, but he was born in Beverley and spent the first 6 years of his life living in Kirk Ella so he is a truly local boy. John is married to Liz and they have a son, Joshua. John enjoys making and drinking coffee, cooking and visiting local houses and gardens. He also likes listening to an eclectic range of music from cheesy 80s pop through to a bit of classical via AC/DC and The Stone Roses.
Chris has been part of St Mark's since the plant of the 4pm congregation in 2013. He is currently warden at St. Mark's. Chris enjoys superhero films and coop board games; teaches Foundation Year Mathematics at the University of Hull and is married to Claire, with whom he has 2 sons.
Jenny has been a member of St. Mark's since the late 1940's. She has served as both warden and deputy on more than one occasion. She is currently warden at St. Peter's. She was in the choir for a number of year and still loves to sing. Jenny enjoys most styles of music and attends classical concerts. Jenny is retired, having worked in an administrative capacity for over 46 years.
